KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, E&T to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure successful development using Agile, and DevOps methodologies of complex systems, and solutions
• Lead the entire development life cycle with software engineering best practices, including setting coding standards, performing code reviews, running SCRUMs with JIRA / ADO expertise, source control management (Git, Sourcetree, and more), and configuring continuous integration and continuous delivery systems (Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, and more)
• Help architect new applications by evaluating technologies, and working with solution architects, and product managers
• Understand existing codebases and develop as needed to support products, utilize cloud-native services and serverless architectures (Azure, AWS), modern web frameworks like Angular, React, and Vue.js with webpack, APIs with OpenAPI and GraphQL, and backend technologies like Node.js and Java, integrating with databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB, and PostgreSQL); ensure seamless integration with microservices architecture and legacy systems
• Oversight of all documentation to ensure the development team is efficient, and effective (technical details, setup info, standards, environments, and more)
• Leverage generative AI tools and techniques to enhance development workflows and optimize system solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in projects
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
