Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary school setting in Worcester, MA. This role is ideal for an SLP with expertise in school-based speech therapy who is dedicated to fostering communication skills in young learners.

Key Qualifications :

  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Certification or licensure to practice as a school-based SLP
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational environments
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment, and intervention strategies

Responsibilities :

  • Provide individualized speech and language assessments and therapy services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop and implement effective communication plans
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with educational standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Location : Worcester, Massachusetts
