Our client is seeking a Senior Distribution Center Manager for a full-time position in Greenwood, Indiana . This critical role offers a salary of $125,000 plus a 15% annual bonus .

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy leader with a proven ability to drive operational excellence. You'll be responsible for a wide range of functions, from long-term strategic planning to hands-on talent development. This position is not tied to a specific shift; instead, it requires you to be on-call 24 / 7 to support all facility operations.
