instrumental in shaping a primary care program that emphasizes preventive

medicine, chronic disease management, and health education, while fostering

strong patient relationships and community trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive

outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.

acute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-based

guidelines.

practices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness.

interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient

care.

development and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives.

documentation in the electronic health record system.

Medical School.

Family Medicine Residency Program.
