We are an established 40-year company specializing in Travel & Leisure products to Hotels, Resorts, Airports and Attractions looking for a dedicated energetic Customer Service account manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide high level of Service for New and existing customers
Data entry
Responding to customers needs.
Requirements : ENERGENIC
3+ years customer service
HUNGRY & PASSIONATE TO GROW
Bilingual is a plus
High level of Professionalism, Motivation, Initiative
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
SAP software experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior organization and time management abilities
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment
Detail oriented and professional demeanor
Positive energy, can-do attitude, and team player
Able to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday on location in Pompano Beach
Resourceful, adaptable and strong willingness to learn
Must be able work independently and take directions well
Compensation :
20 - 30 per hour starting salary depending on experience
