Building Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support a 24 / 7 operational facility in Dayton, OH. This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities, providing critical support for building operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and be capable of responding to emergency situations, performing general repairs, and supporting on-site staff needs.

Pay $26.00 an hour : or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

1st shift position Full time 7 : 30am to 4pm - on call Availability / weekend work

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary technician on-site at the designated facility.
• Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC systems in coordination with contracted HVAC services.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and support on-call HVAC technicians.
• Perform general building maintenance including :

o Minor plumbing repairs

o Able to perform HVAC preventative maintenance on equipment

o Preventative maintenance on ice machines, and cleaning.

o Monitor equipment and replace water filters on schedules.

o Assure restroom facilities are operational and repaired when needed.

o Mounting TVs and equipment

o Room setup and support for meetings
