Business Analyst, Life Product Technology
The Opportunity :
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and the project team to understand, assess, recommend, and implement business process solutions that facilitate, improve and / or streamline existing business processes.
Primary responsibilities :
Understand, document, and maintain business requirements, including existing challenges / issues, and success criteriaAssess feasibility with the project team and facilitate solutioning effortsProvide guidance to stakeholders on solution optionsDrive successful execution of the end-to-end lifecycleProvide status updates to stakeholders and project leadership teamThe Team :
As a member of our team, you will work alongside other Developers, Project Managers, Scrum Experts, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, Stakeholders and many other roles to implement new product as well as product enhancements across Financial's diverse product portfolio.

While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to : job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
