• We are hiring immediately for a full time COOK position.
• Location : CAT Mapleton D - 8826 West Route 24, Mapleton, IL 61547. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 12 : 00 am to 8 : 30 am. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous food service / culinary experience is preferred.

• Fixed Pay Rate : $18.55 per hour

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
