Job Title : Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the Position :

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow by developing relationships, securing new business, and strengthening existing partnerships.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Generating and following up on sales leads

Calling on businesses, insurers, real estate companies, and other potential clients

Providing education about our services and how we can help

Establishing and maintaining relationships to drive repeat business

Collaborating with our team to maximize service delivery and client satisfaction

Compensation :

Base Salary : $40,000 - $100,000 per year

Plus Commission : Uncapped, based on closed sales and revenue generated

Qualifications :

Experience in sales or a related field is preferred (but we’re willing to train a motivated, ambitious person).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with strong follow-through.

Ability to travel locally and meet face-to-face with prospective clients.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
