Compensation : $75,000–$95,000 annually, plus performance bonus potential up to 12.5%

Schedule : Must be available for weekends, holidays, and evenings

Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to lead operations, develop people, and deliver results at one of our high-volume locations.

This isn’t a “clipboard” management role—it’s a true business leadership position . You’ll be responsible for every aspect of your site’s success : people, performance, and profitability.

The right candidate brings maturity, accountability, and pride of ownership —someone who leads from the front, rolls up their sleeves when needed, and sets the standard for excellence every single day.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop a High-Performance Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of 12–20 employees
• Build bench strength and ensure full coverage for all positions
• Conduct structured training and monthly performance reviews
• Hold team members accountable to company standards while recognizing great work
• Foster a positive, professional culture that drives engagement and retention
