Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, TN is looking for a full time, talented and motivated Wound Care Nurse to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treat independently, manage a team and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Wound Care Nurse Job Description :

Manages, supervises and coordinates all activities within the Wound Department. Responsibilities include program development, leadership and supervision of staff. In conjunction with physician medical directors develops and implements services to meet patient, community and medical staff needs. Oversees continuum of wound care services in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Develops and oversees the capital and operating budgets as well as assessment of staffing needs

Wound Care Nurse QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

• TN RN or LPN with extensive Wound Care experience
• Preferred wound care certification

Salary Range : Based On Experience
