Job Description :
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives at Shine Social Brand. This role requires excellent organizational skills discretion and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range : $45000 - $55000 per year based on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain executives schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.Serve as a point of contact between executives clients and internal teams.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Prepare and edit correspondence presentations and reports as needed.Assist with personal errands including coordinating deliveries reservations and other tasks.Organize and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up.Plan and coordinate events meetings and special projects as assigned.Qualifications : Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredExceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Additional Information :
