Job Description :

Join our dedicated healthcare team at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center as a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . In this role, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care while supporting patients and families across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver age-appropriate, culturally competent nursing care.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety standards.

Support a positive and responsive care environment.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Current New Hampshire LPN license.

BLS certification required.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred : 6 months of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or long-term care settings.
