Special Education Science Teacher

CERTIFIED TEACHERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A HIRING BONUS. Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring Special Education teachers to join our growing High School for the current school year and beyond! Specifically, we need Special Education Science teachers to do push-in and pull-out support. Must be competent in High School Sciences.

This is for a current opening. Of course, we can honor your notice period if you are currently employed, but we are looking for someone who can begin ASAP.

Special Education Certified Teachers are eligible for a $3,000 bonus!

Certified Math and Science Teachers are eligible for a $7,500 bonus!

(If certified in both you will get the higher of the two.)

Base Salary SY25 / 26 :   $69,000-90,000

Hours :  7 : 15-3 : 45

Competitive Raises  year to year, many BONUS and Stipend opportunities, no Master's needed.

Candidates MUST either hold a New Jersey Department of Education CE, Limited CE, CEAS or Standard Certificate in Special Education (TOH or TOSD.) Dual-Certification in Science is preferred.
