Family Health Advocate

A company is looking for a Family Health Advocate - Remote. Key Responsibilities Assist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searches Coordinate issue resolution with providers, payers, or third parties for claims adjustments and grievances Provide proactive care guidance and education on healthcare-related inquiries Required Qualifications High school / GED diploma 2-year associate's degree in healthcare / health sciences or equivalent experience Experience in roles such as Health Guide, Medical Assistant, or Pharmacy Technician Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting Proven ability to resolve high-level customer service issues
