Founding Engineer [Full Stack]

The Role :

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us in building out the core product at a0.dev . If you’re a full stack engineer who’s passionate about mobile app development, obsessed with great developer tools, and excited about using AI to make app development even easier than web development, we’d love to talk.

As a founding team member, you’ll have outsized impact—not just on the codebase, but on the product, culture, and direction of the company. You’ll work in-person directly with the founders and take ownership of important parts of our stack.

What You’ll do :

You’ll work directly with the founders to :

• Build and ship core product features daily across our Next.JS and React Native app and work closely with our designers.
• Create Backend Services and Infra that are consumed across many different clients, internally and externally, over WebSocket and HTTP
• Develop AI Agents to automate the app dev lifecycle—everything from code to deployment on the app store
• Support Users and identify pain points and quickly ship fixes and improvements
• Rigorously test the a0.dev app creation process and build and launch your own mobile apps using a0.dev that earn money on the app store.
