Account Manager- Las Vegas
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to represent our exceptional brandsMitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Global Views, and Suryain selling to interior design firms. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with design professionals, drive sales across our product lines, and ensure our brands are effectively showcased in the marketplace. This position will be based on-site at our Las Vegas showroom, but will require travel to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and connect with design teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Offer an exceptional customer experience to every customer throughout all interactions in the showroom.
Collaborate with showroom manager to open and maintain showroom facilities and appearance to include maintenance and merchandising.
Be a brand advocate and acquire a high degree of knowledge about the company and the products.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to engage and cultivate relationships with interior design firms for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Global Views, and Surya.
Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to present our diverse product offerings, tailoring solutions to meet their unique design needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
Travel to customer locations as needed to build relationships, conduct product presentations, and understand client requirements.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to promote our brands and connect with designers.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product lines, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Accurately track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups through our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team performance and company goals.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the home furnishings, interior design, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of the interior design process, with a focus on the needs and preferences of design professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders in the design community.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer locations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working as part of a team as well as independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for design and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship across various product lines.
