Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Small vessel operation
- Skilled equipment operations including but not limited to forklift, pump operations, hand tools (Hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and gas powered) and heavy equipment (excavators, loaders and back hoes).
- Welding and cutting
- Oil Spill response
- Deploying, retrieval, and processing of sorbent materials
- Boom deployment and retrieval
- Boom and fender maintenance
- Driving / positioning company vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
All employees must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust have valid driver license, valid car insurance and submit driving record for the past three yearsMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkMust possess or be able to obtain a TWIC CardAbility to work in all weather conditions; rain, sleet, storm, snow, heat, etc.Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively24hour and 7 day a week availability based upon project or emergency response needsRequired Experience :
