Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

OPPORTUNITY

At Red Robin, we are dedicated as a team, alongside our Restaurant Operators to effectively run our business and create exceptional experiences for our Guests, and in alignment with our forged North Star Plan – our aspiration to become the most beloved brand in the communities we serve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Drive integrated financial planning throughout Red Robin connecting long-range strategy to operational planning and execution

  • Partner with FP&A and department leaders to manage financial performance across the P&L, from topline to bottom line, implementing planning frameworks
  • Design, build, and implement planning and reporting routines for use across the enterprise and across leadership levels
  • Partner with senior leaders to build driver based forecasts that encourage execution, performance, and efficiency
  • Deliver increasing efficiency to our financial close and reforecast cycles
  • Partner in determining efficient capital allocation and investment decision-making
  • Lead, grow, and develop team of finance professionals

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Have led finance teams in a multi-unit restaurant concept
  • Restaurant labor planning and analysis
  • Restaurant cost of goods sold planning and analysis
  • Sales and marketing analysis
  • Product mix analysis
  • Restaurant menu pricing development
  • PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • MBA, CPA or related advanced degree
  • Knowledge of Anaplan, Fusion, PowerBI, SQL
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION :

    Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, or related field)

  • Compensation Range : $153,500.00 - $211,100.00
