Job description
A national financial services company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to handle the legal work behind its mortgage servicing and loan securitization deals. The job involves :
- Drafting and negotiating servicing agreements
- Working on documents for mortgage-backed securities
- Helping manage all the legal pieces of each deal
- Advising the business team
They are looking for someone with experience in mortgage servicing or capital market transactions. J.D. required.
