Key Responsibilities

Lead development of high-scale backend systems for a new website builder experience

Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to shape development processes and outcomes

Mentor and guide a globally distributed team of engineers while ensuring project execution from planning to delivery

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-heavy development with expertise in Ruby on Rails

3+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers in fast-paced environments

Experience building performant applications at scale, focusing on load time and architectural trade-offs

Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-starter comfortable in a remote, async-first culture
