What You'll Do :

Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

Educate clients on personalized insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Take initiative and work independently in the office while maintaining accountability.

What Were Looking For :

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

A valid Property & Casualty and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
