A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Associate Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of training programs for the risk adjustment department
Create and update training materials and reference documents
Co-train classes and manage administrative tasks related to training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nationally certified medical coder (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC)
Advanced experience with MS Office Suite, Articulate 360, and Saba LMS
Experience with data manipulation and project management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
