The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U! TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager - Major Projects in Phoenix, AZ. Responsible for successfully managing all facets of new installation and modernization projects meeting both customer expectations and branch profit projections.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Review all bids by working in coordination with the sales team
• Respond to customer questions, issues & requests
• Order and track materials and factory parts; includes controlling costs
• Proactively support a safe working environment for all employees
• Perform job site audits and quality control activities
• Close out jobs by ensuring that all costs have been correctly applied
