s the Practice Lead of Application Development & Integrations , you will lead Damco's Application Development & Integration team Offering Growth and Delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the Offering's strategic vision, ensuring its market leadership and sustained growth. The role requires strong collaboration across functions to deliver innovative solutions, build trusted client relationships, and achieve business objectives while maintaining a forward-looking approach to market trends and client needs.

Marketing Enablement and Demand Generation

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that highlight the unique value and differentiation of the Application Development & Integrations Offering.
• Strategically position the Offering to stand out in the market, emphasizing its competitive advantages and relevance to client needs.
• Identify emerging trends and new market opportunities to drive expansion and unlock growth potential.
• Maintain consistent messaging across marketing, sales and presales teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Continuously monitor and improve the impact of marketing initiatives (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) on Offering growth and market presence.
• Create and promote thought leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to position Damco as an industry leader.
