Responsibilities :

Sales and Business Development :

  • Generate new leads and proactively identify business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market segments assigned, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target customers and industries.
  • Present and promote our products to prospective clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Account Management :

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate with product managers, geographic managers and sales personnel to create targeted account strategies.
  • Understand customers' needs and requirements and provide customized value-added solutions accordingly.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on new product offerings, promotions, and industry developments.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage customer pricing, presenting Contribution Reports, and preparing RFQ's coordinating with management and Product Managers.
  • Sales Administration :

  • Key contributor to develop and implement market segment strategies and tactics to the market segments of responsibilities.
  • Sales forecasting and reporting : Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to develop accurate sales forecasts and reports. Present regular updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records utilizing CRM, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
  • The annual base salary range for this position is $117,440 - $161,480 If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
