What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and develop a high-performing digital sales team focused on customer acquisition and retentionEstablish and execute the digital sales strategy for the Corporates segmentMaintain operational excellence by managing forecasts, pipeline coverage, and CRM data integrityFoster a customer-centric mindset within the team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer outcomesUtilize analytics and experimentation tools to optimize performance and drive revenue growthWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years in B2B commercial sales, with at least 4 years of experience leading digital sales teamsProven success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accountsExperience in digital / e-commerce sales motions, including performance marketing and conversion optimizationStrong command of sales processes and account planning, with expertise in solution selling for software / technologyBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plusHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
