Job descriptionProvide high-quality care to residents at any of our four Redstone Highlands communities. Work as scheduled on our master rotation, including every other weekend and Thanksgiving and Christmas. Be available for reassignment to different locations or shifts as needed to meet staffing and resident needs. Attend and complete all required paid orientations and meetings. Competitive Base Wage Rates : Overtime Pay : Earn time and a half for all hours worked over 40 in a work week. Holiday Pay : Receive double time for hours worked on designated holidays. Paid Orientation : Get paid your base wage for all required training and meetings. Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays. Willingness to travel to and work at all three of our Redstone Highlands communities. Must be able to work as scheduled; absences may result in wage changes or end of assignment. Ability to report attendance occurrences directly to the Scheduling Coordinator at least two hours prior to the shift start. Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and assignments. Valid CNA Certification in Pennsylvania.
