What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and present sales objectives for market areas to management for approvalDirect activities to implement plans designed for business growthBuild and maintain relationships with key customers in assigned marketsCoach and train Account Representatives on effective sales strategies and product focusSecure orders from existing and potential customers through direct engagementWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 8 years of sales experienceExperience in presenting to diverse audiences, including senior managementProven ability to coach, mentor, and train staffExperience in analyzing and reporting data to drive improvementsWillingness to travel up to 80% of the time for business purposesHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
