The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Field Operations Associate to join our Boston M.A. team. In this hands-on role, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations—prepping properties, solving in-field issues, and ensuring our apartments are always guest-ready.

From conducting move-in inspections to troubleshooting WiFi or assembling furniture, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining Blueground’s high standards and delivering a seamless experience for every guest.
