Position OverviewNight Site SupervisorKey Responsibilities - Supervise all on-site work performed during night hours.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain daily reports documenting progress, workforce, and issues encountered.
- Enforce site security and cleanliness during and after shifts.
- Troubleshoot installation or coordination challenges in real-time.
- Support logistics for material deliveries and equipment setup as needed.
Qualifications - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, millwork installation, or site supervision.
Strong understanding of jobsite safety and construction sequencing.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Self-motivated and capable of leading a small team independently.Must be able to work overnight shifts.Must pass a background check
prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in architectural millwork, commercial interior construction, or finish carpentry.
