Travel Nurse Job Details

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Charleston, SC 29425 (South Carolina nursing jobs)

Facility : Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital

Start Date : November 17, 2025

End Date : February 16, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Shifts : 3x12-hour day shifts (10 : 30 AM – 11 : 00 PM)

Hours per Week : 36

On-Call : 1 weekend 24-hour call per month (Saturday or Sunday)

Holiday Coverage : Possible

Charting System : EPIC

Parking : Free and convenient options available

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990-$2130

CVOR RN Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR Registered Nurse experience required

Ability to circulate all services : CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Bariatric

Preferred : Scrubbing experience in Cardiac / Vascular cases

Active South Carolina or Multi-state RN license (must be in hand at start)

BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)

Radiation badge (provided by agency)

Experience with EPIC electronic health record system

Community hospital experience required

Trauma Level I or II experience preferred

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered)

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Circulate and assist in a variety of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures

Deliver patient care throughout the perioperative process for adult patients

Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams : IV, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response

Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC

Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage during holidays as needed

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols, including radiation safety

Support emergency response efforts during hurricane season if required
