Overview

Director, Product Management - Secure Service Edge at Capital One. Responsibilities

• Lead product management for Secure Service Edge (SSE), delivering security solutions that protect employee access and provide a unified user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and operate agile, secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure for Capital One.
• Apply the Capital One product framework focused on five areas : human centered, business focused, technology driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
• Identify opportunities, reimagine solutions, and drive value creation for internal and external customers of Capital One.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, information systems or related field).

Compensation and Other Details

The salary ranges shown are location-based and refer to values Capital One is willing to pay at posting time for the role. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
