MTP, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Senior Video Project Manager to join our dynamic team for our client, a global technology brand!
Role Summary :
We have a world-class tech and media team and as a Senior Video Project Manager you will play a crucial role in streamlining our video production processes and ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality video content. You will work closely with production teams, editors, and project managers to optimize workflows, manage assets, and coordinate with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Manage and track multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with various teams, including creative, production, and post-production, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Strong communication and people skills : Clear communicator with a proven history of collaborative partnerships with agencies, creative partners, talent, and a passion for people.
- Ability to establish and manage timelines effectively and proven excellence in driving initiatives from strategy to execution.
Vendor Management :
Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelancers, production houses, and post-production studios.Negotiate contracts, track expenses, and ensure timely payments.Quality Assurance :
Conduct quality control checks on video assets to ensure adherence to brand standards and technical specifications.Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the production process.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with digital asset management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A keen eye for detail and a passion for video production.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.What you Contribute :
5+ years of experience in video production, including experience in studio and field production.Expertise in the Asana platformStrong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.Experience creating content from various sources to optimize unique social strategies to drive engagement, audience acquisition and a shared voiceOther Conditions :
