Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in a related field OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of related GMP experience Operate manufacturing equipment and execute processes to produce mRNA medicines Use disposable technologies, automation systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure rapid product release Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Document equipment operations and process steps clearly and accurately Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards Support investigations into any deviations or issues that arise during production Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment (including gowning procedures) Practice safe work habits and follow site safety guidelines Look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency Biotech Laboratory / Sciences GMP Experienced 4 year(s)
