Position : Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist

Location : Clinton Township, MI

Pay Range : $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Company Overview :

We are a busy manufacturing company in Clinton Township seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AP / AR & Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background and hands-on experience in QuickBooks who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Process and record all accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and check runs.
• Manage accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, payment posting, and collections follow-up.
• Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support management with reporting, audits, and other accounting-related tasks.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and employees regarding billing, payments, and payroll questions.
