Responsibilities

  • Policy Assistance : Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and any applicable terms and conditions.
  • Claims Handling : Guide clients through the claims filing process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation submission.
  • Premium Management : Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist clients in managing their insurance premiums.
  • Policy Updates : Assist clients in making changes to their policies, such as beneficiaries, coverage adjustments, or address updates.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty License is required for employment
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and providing clear information.
