Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in construction or capital projects.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with construction contracts and vendor management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including procurement and project management.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
