A day in the life of a Front Desk Receptionist / Doctors Assistant...

When you are working the reception desk your fantastic customer service skills will come in handy with your daily duties which include greeting our patients warmly answering phone calls and being the first impression scheduling appointments checking in patients and collecting payments.

When scheduled as a back-office Doctors Assistant duties include keeping the rooms prepared and assisting our doctors and patients in the treatment rooms. You will use your excellent listening skills to dictate and keep detailed notes in the patients file.

This Part-Time position (10-20 hours per week) consists of 3-4 shifts per week. Our shifts are M-F 8 : 30 am-1 : 30 pm M-F 2 : 30 pm-6 : 30 pm and Saturday mornings 8 : 00 am -1 : 30 pm.

Qualifications

Mondays required 8 : 30 am-1 : 30 and 2 : 30-6 : 30

10-20 hours - flexibilty needed

Experience relevant to this position-prior front desk / doctor assistant preferred
