Job Title : Licensed Psychologist - Virginia Beach, VA (Fee for Service)

Shift : 30 hours a week - Days

Flexible schedule and telehealth options. Split-fee compensation above the area norm.

Our ideal candidate is dynamically trained, possesses a doctorate, enjoys performing mental health assessments and providing ongoing therapy to highly motivated couples and individuals, and values teamwork, collaboration, and communication. The position comes with a fully furnished, modern office with a waiting area, administrative staff, and computer. NO hospital work, insurance paperwork, or post-hour calls. We believe our providers should be able to focus solely on their patients.

Responsibilities :

• Make assessments and interpretations based on intake evaluations / assessments and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other providers to evaluate the medical and physical condition of clients.
• Formulate and create personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for clients.
• Assess clients' risk, considering their mental health and social needs when performing interventions.
• Interact with clients and other parties regarding treatment options.
• Employ various treatment methods such as psychodynamic therapy and behavior modification.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and implement changes where required.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients' treatment and records per HIPAA.
Requirements :
• PhD / PsyD
• Licensed in the state of VA
• Professional demeanor, ability to interact appropriately with staff and patients
• Team-oriented
• Expertise in clinical and diagnostic skills and decision-making.
