Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location : Louisville, KY
Schedule : Full-time | Multiple shifts available, Need weekend availability
Compensation : $17+
As a Customer Service Representative at Tom Drexler Plumbing Heating Air & Electric, your role is critical to our daily operations and reputation. You must bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
If you can manage high call volumes, stay focused under pressure, and maintain strict accuracy-this is the role for you.
What You'll Do :
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism
- Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled, revenue-generating service appointments
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Resolve customer concerns on the spot while keeping calm, collected, and focused
- Enter and manage data accurately within our CRM system... attention to detail is a must
- Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure zero scheduling errors
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and stay informed on all service updates, offerings, and procedures
