Job Title : IOP Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team, responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing in a doctor's office setting. This role involves the collection and receipt of biological specimens, accurate data entry into our computer system, and preparation of samples for analytical testing. You will also be responsible for distributing specimens to the appropriate analytical area and performing specific analytical tests as assigned, all while adhering to our Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
Draw patients' blood and collect biological specimens.
Enter specimen data accurately into the computer system.
Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the correct analytical area.
Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
Ensure compliance with pre and post-analytical testing procedures.
Essential Skills
1+ years of prior phlebotomy experience.
Proficiency in blood draw and specimen processing.
Experience with laboratory and phlebotomy procedures.
Ability to work independently.
GED or High School Diploma required.

Work Environment
This role is based in a doctor's office environment, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will work as a phlebotomist drawing blood from the physician's patients and collaborating closely with medical assistants. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36 / hr.
