ABOUT THE ROLE

We are supporting a global retail company seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Strategy to help drive end to end supply chain transformation. This position focuses on building future ready capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and guiding cross functional teams through large scale initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and execute the end to end supply chain strategy roadmap
• Lead cross functional transformation programs across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and product development
• Design operational frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics
• Manage alignment across business units, ensuring clarity on priorities and milestones
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track
• Use data and modeling to support strategic decisions and program performance reporting
• Drive change management including training, communications, and rollout planning
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
