Home Health : Start of Care / Admission Registered Nurse (RN)

Description

Primarily responsible to plan, organize, direct home care services. Experience in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position : Start of Care / Admission Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health

Wage range : $88,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience

Service Area : Twin Cities Metro Area . Plus, mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile.

Schedule : Full-Time, 1.0 FTE / Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with 2 holidays per year rotation and NO WEEKENDS!)
