The base pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. Shift : Monday - Friday 4 : 45pm - 1 : 15am

We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with strong communication and presentation skills, with equipment operating experience to plan and safely deliver Power Industrial Vehicle training for our Train the Trainer program, oversee the logistical execution for training new associates as well as ongoing training for current associates, while championing the Wayfair culture. This role will be responsible for coordinating the Wayfair standard PIV training program, which meets all vehicle manufacturer and OSHA standards and requirements. Support includes the coordination of facilitators of both classroom and 1-on-1 practical training experiences, as well as timely and thorough record-keeping for all training events and assessments. This candidate must be a collaborative problem solver, safety focused, provide program oversight in a fast-paced, rapidly challenging, and fluid environment. This role will support equipment training across the INSERT SITE NAME campus and be the liaison between Training and Operations.
What You'll Do
You will play an integral role in coordinating our PIV Training Program in partnership with the Field Training Supervisor, Senior Operations and Site Director. You will support the execution of the training process for new and existing FC associates while maintaining the integrity of the program while being in compliance with Wayfair, manufacturer and OSHA policies and regulations.

2+ years of equipment experience preferred
