Task Order (TO) Training Manager

The Task Order (TO) Training Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and assessing all CSCEP training activities across assigned task orders. This role leads the integration of training lifecycle management, Period of Instruction (POI) and Training Support Package (TSP) content delivery, Monitoring Evaluation Learning (MEL) alignment, sustainment planning, and cultural adaptation for partner nation engagements. The TO Training Manager works closely with instructional designers, SMEs, partner nation liaisons, and subcontractor teams to ensure training content is partner-nation relevant, operationally focused, and sustainment-driven.

Key duties include :

• Leading the development and synchronization of training event schedules, instructor deployment plans, and MEL delivery tracking
• Overseeing the translation, localization, and partner nation adaptation of all training materials
• Monitoring training outcomes, providing feedback into sustainment planning, and adjusting curriculum as needed based on operational feedback
• Supporting CDRL development for training plans, after-action reports (AARs), and final event documentation

Advising on TTT (Train-the-Trainer) pipelines, certification standards, and partner sustainment strategies
