Join our expanding AT&T Platinum sales team and unlock exceptional earning potential! Our compensation package features a competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission structure. At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $187,500 - $241,300. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $400,000 or more for high achievers. As a Lead Sales Executive Mid-Markets, you'll drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales, and delivering AT&T products, services, and solutions to address customers' strategic business priorities. You'll partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions while leading sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
Drive Client Success : Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored presentations and solutions.
Strategic Sales Execution : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Market Insights : Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify new sales opportunities and keep AT&T ahead in the market.
Consultative Solutions : Lead the development of proposals and responses to RFPs, aligning offerings with client objectives and company capabilities.
Resolve Complex Issues : Address customer disputes and account discrepancies, delivering prompt and effective solutions to support billing, installation, and service needs.
What you'll need
Relationship Management : Proven ability to foster client relationships that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Strategic Sales Acumen : Strong experience in sales strategy, territory management, and achieving high-value sales goals.
Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze market trends and client data to uncover new opportunities.
Solution-Oriented Communication : Excellent consultative selling and presentation skills to effectively resolve challenges and influence decisions.

What you'll bring
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.
Sales Experience : 8+ years in B2B sales, preferably with large or complex accounts.
Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of AT&T solutions or experience selling technology-based products and services.
Leadership : Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and introduce new products to the team.
CRM and Sales Tools : Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analysis to manage sales pipelines and measure results.
