Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for employees to assess their fitness for specific job roles and identify potential occupational health risks. Perform pre-employment medical examinations, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical assessments. Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary. Conduct health education and training sessions for employees on topics such as stress management, nutrition, and overall well-being. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in occupational medicine, and integrate new knowledge into practice. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for employees, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations. Serve as a resource for colleagues, providing consultation on occupational health matters and participating in multidisciplinary teams. Provide expert guidance on workplace ergonomics, injury prevention, and occupational health regulations to ensure compliance. Collaborate with employers and human resources to address and manage workplace health issues, including workers' compensation cases.
