Our team works together to maximize the system's capabilities and provides world-class support to NEXDINE colleagues.Workday Analyst Primary Responsibilities : Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules related to Finance, Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Security, ensuring the system aligns with business objectivesAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, providing guidance and support to Finance, HR and business unitsContinuously evaluate and enhance system functionality, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automationOversee the configuration and maintenance of modules, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of employee benefits and leave policiesDesign and maintain security protocols within Workday to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulationsPerform regular audits and reviews of security roles and permissions, addressing any potential risks or issuesDevelop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and strategic initiativesProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategy and improve workforce outcomesTroubleshoot system issues, resolve technical problems, and provide support to end-usersPartner with Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and support new initiativesLead projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communicationsStay informed of Workday's latest features and updates, assessing their relevance and potential impact on the organizationQualifications : Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or relevant area of study3+ years of Workday functional configuration experienceExperience with Workday Finance, HCM, Advanced Reporting and Security is essentialProven track record of managing Finance and HR projects and driving system improvementsProven history of managing confidential information in a professional mannerExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood attention to detailWorkday Certification as applicable
