- Job Description The Private-Label Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and management of private-label products for Culinary Depot.
- This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of market trends to ensure the success and growth of our private-label brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the foodservice industry. Key Responsibilities :
Strategy and Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive private-label strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands. Product Development : Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and competitive offerings. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing lines. Supplier Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to drive product success and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance of private-label products to achieve profitability targets. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize Category, Brand, and Vendor performance. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the foodservice equipment or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing private-label products. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
